I didn’t get my eBook download link?
Where can I find my eBook download link?
After a purchasing an eBook, the next step in the process is to either click on “Return to seller’s page” link which you will see when your purchase has been completed, or simply wait for your browser to return automatically. When you return to the Nothing New Press website, a unique eBook download link is automatically generated and sent to your email inbox. However, sometimes the SPAM filter on your email program will catch the download link email and store it in the SPAM folder. If you do not see the link in your inbox within just a few minutes, please check your SPAM folder.
Also, the eBook download link will be sent to the same email address used to order and pay for the book, so please check your alternate email addresses.
I ordered an eBook last week but when I tried to download it today, it says the link is expired?
The download links are only active for 24 hours after ordering, and they are a one time use only download. Please download your eBook after ordering, and save it to your hard drive. Please back up your eBooks on your hard drive in case you experience a computer crash.
I didn’t know I was supposed to save my eBook and my link expired/ my computer crashed. What can I do now?
Please email us and tell us the original email address used to order your book, your book title(s), and the approximate time of ordering (Summer 2014, or June 2015, for example). We have records of every order received, and once we find your record, we will be happy to attach your eBook to an email and send it directly to you.
I am an international customer and can only order eBooks, but I want my children to use a printed book. How can I solve this dilemma?
